Due to the popularity of our candle making workshops, we require that you make a reservation to secure your spot at the bar. But you can shop at the store anytime! Our workshops frequently sell out. If you do walk-in, guests will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis only if there are open spots available in a workshop.

Yes, you can stop in anytime during business hours to shop our candle collections, Tart Melts, Gifts, Bath + Body products and gift baskets.

No, due to the small size of the shop everyone must have their own seat at the bar.

The candle making portion of the workshop will last 35-45 minutes. Once you've poured your candle it will take another 2 hours for the candle to solidify. There are plenty of shopping and dining options in Heritage Station while your candle cures. If you'd like to take home your candle the same day, please be sure to come back before we close. You may also come back another day to pick up your candle, we will hold your candle for a month. If you would like us to ship your candle to you, please let us know and we'll provide a shipping quote.

We love celebrating! No food is allowed at our Workshops, drinks (water/wine/champagne/beer) are permitted responsibly.

Yes, we require all participants to be 13 years of age or older. We love your little ones but with hot wax and glass it can be dangerous for them.

Yes, our candles are vegan. They are created from 100% soy wax; scents are never tested on animals and they are always phthalate free & paraben free. Our wicks are flat braided cotton paper wicks.

Yes, we offer a candle jar refill program. Once your vessel is burned through, you can wash out your vessel with hot water and soap. Once the jar is clean return it to The Haute Wick Social for a refill. We can only refill our jars.

All candle making workshops are final sale. If you've purchased a workshop ticket and need to cancel, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and workshop passes will be given as a credit toward.

As a courtesy to all our guests, we start our workshops promptly. If you're going to be late, please give us a call prior to the start of your scheduled workshop at (681) 204-5980 otherwise we will start the class without you. If you or any member of your party is going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reschedule your class for a later date as late arrivals are extremely disruptive to your fellow chandlers.
